Our excellent team of chefs are passionate about what they do and produce food on a daily basis to a very high standard using as much locally sourced products as possible. Our bar menu has a variety of food. We take pride in our Fort history and make sure that our guests feel that ‘Napoleonic vibe’ as we do. Our Vaulted Chamber may be smothered in history but your dining experience will be nothing but gorgeous locally Cornish sourced produce, beautifully prepared and thought out by our wonderful chefs.

Our bar is located in our underground historic building which was built in 1890 and used as an ammunition depot during the war. We have a selection beers arriving soon, alongside our Coors, Rattler and a guest Ale which changes every two weeks, Offshore, Chieftain IPA, Cold River Cider. So why not pop along and enjoy our historical bar and a lovely cold pint or a glass of wine.

We have put a great deal of effort into producing menu choices that are extremely popular, wherever possible, we always try to ensure that we are making the very best of what is around us by sourcing as much food as we can from local suppliers.
